Hello, my name is Charlotte Cahuzac, I work at OpinionWay. I joined OpinionWay in 2018, and today I hold the position of Deputy Director of the Opinion department.

Why choose Episto?

So, originally, it's true that at OpinionWay, we are keen on meeting innovative startups that offer new solutions.
And in 2019, we spoke with Episto, who came to us and said, "Look, we might have a solution for you as an institute to target and better question specific populations." This intrigued us and interested us, and from that moment on, we decided to test the solution, both in quantitative and qualitative studies.

What did you think of Episto?

So, when we work with Episto, we mainly approach them for two types of studies: quantitative studies because, thanks to recruitment via social networks, they enable us to conduct studies locally or with targets that are difficult to reach in our panels.
And then we also work with them on more qualitative approaches. In particular, they have recently developed an offer through which we can question a large volume of people, similar to interviews, except that the administration is handled by artificial intelligence. The advantage of this method is that we have great freedom in how we conduct the studies because we have control over the platform. It is very pleasant and easy to use, allowing us to program our own questionnaires, set our quotas, and monitor our studies.

What benefits have you gained from the collaboration?

The relationships with the Episto teams have always gone very well.
What is very pleasant is their listening and responsiveness. In reality, it’s true that we always have someone responding when we have an issue or a question, and from that perspective, it is highly appreciated. Nowadays, our professions are evolving a lot, AI challenges them greatly, and our clients also challenge us, asking for new ideas and new approaches. Episto supports us in this context since it’s an innovative startup, and for all these reasons, OpinionWay works with Episto today.
